Registering with Acrimony is optional! However, if you choose to do so, we save your shipping information for future purchases. Your credit card information will not be saved. If you forget your password, simply click on “Forgot Password” and enter your email address. A temporary password will be sent to you.

Acrimony, Inc uses Authorize.net as our secure transaction processor. Ordering online with Acrimony is completely safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) uses 1024 bit encryption, which is the highest level possible. This process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the Internet. To further protect our customers from identification theft, our shopping cart never writes your credit card number to disk or database, the card number is discarded from the computer's memory once your transaction is complete.

Return Policy

Return requests are EASY! All return requests are to be made within 14 days from the date of delivery, and are valid for EXCHANGE only.

All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached.

Acrimony has the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet Acrimony's Return Policy requirements.

There are no refunds and no exchanges on swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, bags, and accessories.

All merchandise purchased "ON SALE" or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

  1. Email us at info@shopacrimony.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You will need to complete a short form describing you reason for return.
  2. Please print out the email containing your RA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address.
  3. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by Acrimony within seven days of receipt of RA# for domestic orders, and fourteen days for international orders. Merchandise should be sent to the following address:

    It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. Acrimony does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Acrimony can not accept any packages that are sent (COD).

  4. An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process your request within five business days upon receiving the package.
  5. If the return is approved, a merchandise credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid and sent via email. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any, will be applied. Shipping charges and import duties are not included in merchandise credits. Your credit has NO expiration date, and can be used online or in the shop.

Shipping

You may choose from a variety of shipping options provided by UPS.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature from the receiving party.

Shipping cost is paid by the purchaser and is based on the weight of the order and shipping method you choose.

All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Orders received after 1:00PM PST are shipped the following day.

All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.

We deliver to most countries in the world.

The tariffs and duties on international shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Gift Returns

You may exchange any gift from Acrimony for another gift of the same value or more, provided your additional cost difference, shipping, customs, taxes and import duties.
