LD Tuttle. The Foam Cut-out Boot. It might look like something you've seen before, but this suede boot is totally new and modern with its inky black upper and sexy cut-out detailing at the ankle. Pieced upper with a sharp angled cut at the ankle is bound together with two straps finished with concealed snaps. The short ankle height makes it perfect for wear with your favorite skirts and shorts but also lets you pair it with jeans, too. Back zipper for easy entry. Fully lined in leather with a leather sole. 2.5" stacked heel. Made in Italy.
