Those customers who live in The Bay—and blessedly frequent the shops in person—will at any given point in the season, hear us ranting and raving about one of our favorite brands: Second Female. The label gets a lot of attention from us online, too, but as a not-so-mild reminder, we thought we’d tell you how much we looove the 2014 Spring collection. Not puppy love kind-of-love, but I WILL SPEND EVERY MOMENT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE
WEARING WITH YOU kind-of-love. In an of the the moment nod to sportswear, color blocking is done to perfection in a primal black, white, and blush pattern. For the pickiest of shoppers, a little cotton dress done down in grey will flatter any figure with slimming black trim seen only from the side. A track pant is a great alternative to denim for spring, and this one’s the best of the lot with a simple cut and mix-and-matchable navy blue. Angora lovers unite: Just because spring hangs ever so daintily in the air, does not mean you have to turn in your softest sweaters, this zebra knit is warm, but light enough to layer with. Last but not least, stripes. Need we say more?
