Return Policy

All return requests are to be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. All jewelry and merchandise purchased "ON SALE" or purchased at a discounted price with a coupon (for less than 50% off the original price) are eligible for exchange only. Any item purchased 50% off or more may not be returned.

All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached.

Acrimony has the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet Acrimony's Return Policy requirements.

There are no refunds on jewelry, swimwear, and lingerie.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for refunds and exchanges. Please be advised, if your order qualified for FREE SHIPPING, your return/credit amount will be less the shipping cost.

Email us at returns@shopacrimony.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You will need to complete a short form describing you reason for return.

Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by Acrimony within seven days of receipt of RA# for domestic orders, and seven days for international orders. Merchandise should be sent to the following address:

Any issues with shipments or defects must be addressed within 7 days of delivery receipt and emailed to info@shopacrimony.com. After the 7-day period, Acrimony will not be held responsible for shipment issues or defects.

It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. Acrimony does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Acrimony can not accept any packages that are sent (COD).

An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process your request within five business days upon receiving the package.

If the return is approved, a merchandise credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid and sent via email. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any, will be applied. Shipping charges and import duties are not included in merchandise credits. Your credit has NO expiration date, and can be used online or in the shop.

Shipping

We ship domestically and internationally with USPS.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking # will be provided and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping cost is paid by the purchaser and is a flat rate depending on the shipping method you choose.

All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Orders received after 1:00PM PST are shipped the following day.

All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.

We deliver to most countries in the world. Please be aware of our new international shipments policy: beginning January 1st, 2010, Acrimony will reserve the right to request a scan or photo copy of a purchasers government issued identification and credit card used in the transaction. This is to verify the identity and protect the safety of our users. If you refuse to email your identification upon request, Acrimony may void your transaction entirely.

The tariffs and duties on international shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Gift Returns

You may exchange any gift from Acrimony for another gift of the same value or more, provided your additional cost difference, shipping, customs, taxes and import duties.
